Tabbix was founded on a simple observation: the best engineering talent in the world is not concentrated in Silicon Valley, London, or Berlin. It's distributed — and Eastern Europe has been quietly producing world-class engineers for decades.

But access to that talent has historically been gated behind offshore outsourcing models that prioritize cost over quality, throughput over ownership, and vendor margins over client outcomes.

Our Story

Born from the problem we set out to solve.

Our founders spent years working at the intersection of European tech and global product companies. They watched high-quality engineers get misallocated into low-value outsourcing contracts — and saw SaaS companies struggle to build the teams they needed at the pace they required.

Tabbix was built to close that gap. We started in North Macedonia, where we found an exceptional concentration of engineering talent in Skopje — deeply technical, English-proficient, and operationally mature.
